This week sure has flown by! I can’t believe it’s already Saturday, didn’t I JUST finish the 15K race on Sunday? Now, I have the More Magazine Women’s Half Marathon in less than 24 hours!
I only ran once this week. I’m trying to intentionally take it easy, but the weather hasn’t been that great either so it was a little easier than I had hoped. However, I did have a breakthrough with my weigh loss! Like I said 2 weeks ago, I have been stuck at 132/133 for like 2 months and I was started to get really frustrated!
I FINALLY saw a new number this week, woo hoo!
Weight: 130.2 ( – 2.0)
Left Thigh: 22.5″
Right Thigh: 23″
I also wanted to share that I’ve had a pretty good week overall. I’ve practically been living and breathing ireallylikefood! I’ve been putting all of my time and energy into it for the past couple of weeks and it’s really starting to pay off. One of my New Years goals was to focus on my career and I think I’ve been doing a great job so far. The readership is up and I plan to keep pushing to make it better and better.
Goal for the half marathon: 2 hours! It’s going to be beautiful out tomorrow, I can’t wait!
