Derek and I went to a Bridal Tasting this past Saturday at the Woodbound Inn, the place we are having our ceremony and reception at. It was a fun excursion and we got to eat a ton of really good food and we met some really cool people.

There were a handful of vendors there, everything from flowers to photographers and a DJ. We really liked the DJ that was there, he was a funny guy and he seemed like a DJ we could trust and respect. We are most likely going to have him at our wedding, but we want to do a little research first to find out if his rate is average. He is charging $600 for 4 hours and then another $200 every hour after that. It seems like so much!

Everything is so expensive and I honestly don’t know how we are going to pay for everything.

This is the Edgewood Ballroom, where our reception will be held. It looks rather small in the picture, but they say it can hold up to 170 people! We scored and judged everything we ate so that we would remember what we liked and what we didn’t. It was definitely a huge help in deciding what we want our menu to consist of.

This is a porch outside of their ballroom, it can be used for the cocktail hour and it’s a nice place to hang out. I love that they have this available in case people want to step outside.

It’s a little brown during this season, but it’s going to be BEAUTIFUL during September. I can’t wait to see all of the pretty colors. This area above is where our ceremony will be held unless it rains. I love that you can see Mt. Monadnock in the background!

We had an official tour of the place and I am super excited to have our wedding here, I am positive we chose the right place!
