Anyway, I stole this video from Katie, who had it on her blog, but I just absolutely had to share it because it’s hilarious.

I did all kinds of packing tonight. I am going up to a house on a lake that my parents rented out for the week, I am only staying til Monday though. I also started doing some random packing for New York.

I always have to make a mess first, that is always the first step when it comes to organizing and packing.

I managed to pack up three boxes of books and dvd’s. I can’t even imagine how many boxes there will be in the end. I hate moving. I guess it can’t hurt to start packing early. After that I moved onto packing my stuff for the weekend.

This is what happens when I go on a trip for 2 1/2 days, you don’t even want to know what it would look like if it was a 7 day trip.

I just bought this bag recently, I call it my ‘Weekender’ and I absolutely love it! A great size bag for a weekend trip. Got it at Target for like $40.

Just waiting for Derek to come home, I’m sad I’m leaving him for the weekend. We are always together, I feel like I’m going to be gone forever, ha! Goodnight!

Seriously what the hell is wrong? I just spent all night trying to find an awesome new template for my blog. I went to put it on and I thought I had figured it all out and now I am stuck with this stupid one. I don’t know what happened, but I can’t seem to get my old one back. I think I just need to go to bed and figure it out tomorrow. Sorry you have to look at this stupid one. 

First I would like to say that I am SO EXCITED about the weather this weekend. It is going to be 87 on Saturday, holy crap! I absolutely can not wait for it be here. I love warm weather and the summer time. I much prefer to be hot than cold.

I am currently sitting here at my desk at work enjoying my lunch, and I am freezing my ass off. I hate being cold all the time. I really want to do something fun and outdoors this weekend. It is supposed to be just as nice on Sunday too. I just want to be outside all day laying and relishing in the warm sun! I also really want to go get some ice cream from this place called Goldenrod, it has the best ice cream ever.

I would love to go to the beach, but I know Derek wouldn’t be up for that because it is probably going to be crowded. It is the first hot weekend of the season and I’m sure a lot of people are going to take advantage of it. Crowds are annoying, but if I could find a 10 foot spot in the sand, I could lay there ALL day and be happy. Aww it sounds go great, I really want to go to the beach now. I just want to go and relax, read a book, and get tan so I’m not so white anymore. Oh and to also enjoy some fried boardwalk food. Oh my god I want to go so bad. I am definitely going to try and talk Derek into going, it’s gotta be worth a shot.

Ohhh how I love the warm weather, it just makes me happy!

Alright, so our moving plans have possibly changed dramatically all of a sudden. Okay maybe not dramatically, but enough to stress me out some. We had plans to move in with our friend Matt down in NY, but now he is unsure of what he is going to do. His situation is totally understandable and whatever he decides to do is fine with us. It seems that there is a huge potential for us to live by ourselves now and although that doesn’t seem to bother me so much, it seems to be bothering Derek. We were originally planning on moving to New York and living by ourselves in the first place, I don’t know why he feels the humungous need to all of a sudden need more room mates. Yes, it does alleviate some money stress and things of that sort, but I don’t feel the need to search out other room mates. I don’t know, I guess the part that is stressing me out is just not knowing. I felt very content just a few weeks ago with the knowledge that Derek and I were going to live with Matt and now it’s all up in the air. I know we aren’t moving in a week and we still have some time, but I would like things to be somewhat settled for the future.
